Job Responsibilities

You will participate in green field implementation of IVANTI Service Manager for the following modules:

  • Incident management
  • Request management
  • Problem management
  • Change management
  • Knowledge management
  • Service Level Management

Key Experiences

  • Experience on implementation of IVANTI Service Management application
  • ITIL
  • SQL
  • SSRS
  • Javascript
  • WebService integration
  • XSLT scripting
  • Excellent IVANTI Service Manager front-end and back-end skills: at least 2 year of experience
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL processes
  • Basic SQL Databases (queries, backup/restore) skills
  • Basic SSRS (SQL Service Reporting Services) skills
