HR coordinator

For one of our clients in the public sector, we’re looking for a HR coordinator whose mission will be to help our clients different services in the programs management by:

  • Defining the needed resources profiles
  • Accompanying the project leaders in the choice of the profiles they need to hire
  • Following the external actors

The HR coordinator will be at the crossing between HR and IT.

Based on a request for resources, the person will identify the needed skills in collaboration with the ICT and HR leaders.

The coordinator will manage and develop the relations with the projects teams and be the link with the external stakeholders interacting with the projects.

The person will detect and analyze the potential resource problems and formulate clear solutions

Also, (s)he will make sure that every mission respects the legal norms and internal quality norms

The candidate we’re looking for:

  • Has a first experience (min 3 years) relative to HR and IT, preferably in the public sector
  • Masters Excel pivot tables
  • Is flexible
  • Is a problem solver
  • Is able to work in project mode
  • Acts with discretion, judgement and diplomacy when interacting/negotiating with internal or external contacts or the management board
  • Speaks French

Our client is located near the North Station in Brussels and offers 50% remote work

Profile
