Business / Functional Analyst Junior / Medior – Brussels

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a business/functional analyst (employee or freelance) are:
- Gather requirements
- Document the functionalities:
- UML diagrams
- Describe Functional Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements and Business Rules
- Building the backlog in the form of User Stories
- Building and organising the documentation in a global way
As Scrum master:
- Assist the PO in maintaining and prioritising the backlog
- Assist the developers to ensure that the organisation of the work is as smooth as possible
- Have an overview of the project
- Organise ceremonies (Planning, Review,…)
Prototypes: creation of mock-ups with Figma
Testing:
- Test and validate developments
- Constantly ensure the adequacy between 1) the developments 2) the business demand and 3) the documentation
Required skills and knowledge
- You have at least 1 year of experience in functional and business analysis
- Knowledge of BPMN
- Knowledge of UML
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a plus
- Experience in development projects in .NET environment (Microsoft Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, SQL Mgt Studio & O365, C# & Angular)
- Very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch, and good knowledge of the other language is mandatory. English is a plus.
