Job Responsibilities

The future Bid Manager will be responsible for the identification and the response to public procurement notices, call for tenders, RFP, RFI, …

He works directly with BuSI’s Managing Director.

The tasks are:

  • Organize and structure the responses to procurement notices, including administrative and reporting documentation.
  • Allocate and coordinate the activities and tasks bound to different analysis items, Proofs of Concept, Case studies and other technical items to be incorporated to the response files.
  • Budget estimation: verification and evaluation of the cost estimations to make sure those match the written information and the client’s specifications.
  • Calculation and respect of the deadlines for the realization of deliverables in cooperation with the sales team and/or the operational teams.
  • Assist the Key Account Managers in the pre- and post- submission negotiation processes whether it be with the clients or the partners.
  • Ensure the quality control and the finalization of the offer documents.


  • Very good knowledge in application projects development (.Net environment, Java, …)
  • At least titular of a Bachelor degree (IT, Engineering or Business with a good knowledge of IT development)
  • Bilingual FR-NL with a good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of the Public sector and it’s market procedures
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar function is a plus
  • Team leader
  • Analytical and synthetical spirit
  • Assimilation ability for diverse knowledge (technical, functional, business, administrative, …)
  • Meticulous and quality-oriented with deadlines respect
  • Excellent written communication ability
